Paying for your order

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

But we prefer our first-time clients not to place orders for more than $750 using their credit cards.

New customers should ideally pay by bank transfer, money transfer, or cryptocurrency.

Customers who use these kinds of payment methods do not need to be verified, so the order can be processed quicker. They will also receive a 10% discount on large orders when they use these payment methods.

When you are satisfied and wish to order again, you can use a credit card regardless of the size of your order, and you will receive a discount on any of your subsequent orders.

HOW IS MY PAYMENT PROCESSED?

Once you submit your payment via credit card, we may require you to verify your order. This is why we need to have your valid phone number.

If the order does not pass our verification or if we are not able to contact you, then your credit card payment will not be accepted and we will offer you to pay via an alternative payment method.

Once your payment is verified and passes through our anti-fraud control, your card will be charged. Usually, approved payments are processed and cleared within 1-2 business days, and your order is released for shipping after that.

WHY WAS MY CARD NOT CHARGED AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?

Your card is not charged immediately after your purchase.

The verification process takes from 2 hours to 2 business days. If your card is not charged within 2 business days after your purchase, please contact us and we’ll investigate this.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

This is not a problem as long as the names on credit cards and shipping destinations are the same.

But if we are advised by our payment gateway provider to check this order, please be prepared that we will need additional verification.

If the billing country is different from the shipping country, we require you to pay via any alternative payment method.

HOW LONG IS THE WHOLE PROCESS OF ORDERING AND SHIPPING?

Usually, shipping to the USA takes 7 to 15 business days once the tracking code is provided.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER AT ONE TIME?

We have no limit to how much you can order. However, you should consult the relevant qualified person regarding the quantity you would like to order since there may be import regulations on that specific product or substance in that quantity.

We recommend our first-time clients do a test purchase, and after you see that you are happy with our services, we will be glad to serve you more.

Returns and Refunds

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN MY SHIPMENT?

If your order was delivered but some items were damaged or missing, please notify us as soon as possible.

You can do this by sending us a picture of everything you received, including the packaging labels.

This will help us figure out what happened and how to avoid such problems in the future. In most situations, we will respond with our investigation findings within two business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your order is being shipped to the USA, you can easily track your order on the USPS website as it’s being shipped to you.

If your order is headed to an international (non-US) address, you can track your order on this website.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE TRACKING WEBSITE SAYS THAT THE TRACKING CODE IS INVALID?

Shipment tracking can only be done after 72 hours of your order reaching our delivery center, and being released by Customs.

If the tracking code does not appear in the system after 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate this.

We recommend our USA customers use this website until the item reaches the USA.

After that, you can use the USPS site to track your package. We recommend you enter your email on the USPS site to get an update on the delivery status.

WHY DOES THE TRACKING CODE SEEM TO INDICATE THAT THE PARCEL HAS NOT MOVED?

Usually, this happens when items are being held in customs and are waiting for clearance by local customs officials.

This does not mean, necessarily, that there are any problems. However, if the tracking website shows no progress in your order moving within 10 days, please contact us and we’ll investigate this.

e advise you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office and supply them with the tracking code to get more detailed info on where the item is right now.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE?

Please contact us in case you encounter such a problem.

We’ll need you to send us a photo of what you received, including the package labels.
